I spent most of today working on a large-ish painting of an area of Palmer Creek, so nothing terribly exciting to report. Did some more reading as well and shared dinner with a couple quad-mates. One of the books I'm reading is a history of Cuny Table, the extremely large sod table that lies along the southern border of the Stronghold Unit. It's a dense recitation of local history, and a lot of fun to read. Beautiful weather here again; it feels so good to spend a day painting and listening to music with the windows and doors wide open.
