I drove to Rapid City this morning to help the staff arrange my paintings for the exhibit. It was chilly and foggy when I left, but by the time I hit Caputa the clouds were clearing. I saw as high as 56 degrees on a thermometer today, it was perhaps even warmer. Everything at the Dahl went well, and I ran some errands before driving the 80+ miles back to the park. It was early enough that the sun hadn't quite set yet, so I opted to drive back through the park. I've had so much work to do since arriving, that I haven't been through the park once and was anxious to see it. Always a lovely way to see the sunset. Had dinner with a group of friends and watched a few episodes of "Neature' - 'cause nature's neat! If you're not familiar with it, google it.
